3-Day Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong item.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.

Return & Exchange Conditions

The product must:

• Be unused and unwashed.
• Be returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Be in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size or color selection by the customer.
• Minor color variations due to screen/display settings.
• Products damaged after use.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products without original packaging or tags.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange

If the requested item is available in stock, we'll dispatch the replacement after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
